It is the policy of the Tournament of Roses that all entities wanting to participate in the Rose Parade® must complete an application in January prior to the year they want to participate. It is only after receiving the application that the Tournament of Roses organization considers all applications. Therefore Bare Root, Inc. is exploring being a part of the 2013 Rose Parade and we will be completing our application in January of 2012. If for some reason we were not accepted to have a float in the 2013 Parade, all funds collected for the Nurses Float will be offered as grants and/or scholarships.
