In the year 2013, it will be the 124th annual Tournament of Roses.  For more information visit www.tournamentofroses.com

In 2012-2013, the President, Sally Bixby, will be the first and only nurse. To learn more about Mrs. Bixby visit her page

In the year 2013, Sally Bixby will be the second woman President of the Tournament of Roses Parade. The first woman was Libby Evans Wright in 2005-2006.

Around the first of November prior to the parade date of January 1st. Decoration for the Nurses Float will begin in November 2012. Visit the Volunteer Page for the latest details.

The application process is rigorous and all applications are reviewed carefully by the Float Selection Committee. Sixty floats cover the parade route on New Year’s Day.

This project is by nurses for nurses and if nurses who live out of our geographical area would like to come and help decorate the Nurses Float we thought Housing Volunteers would help bring nurses together as a community. Visit our Volunteer Page for more information.

Yes you can. You can start this year by watching the web cam at Phoenix Float. When "our" float is being decorated there will be opportunities for viewing in person. These details will be available closer to 2012.
