2011 Parade Activities
Design Debuts
The design of our float had a "test" run at the Association of California Nurse Leaders February 14 & 15, 2011. The design was accepted and appreciated by so many nurses. There were a few nurses that had great feedback so we have taken the design back to the designer for revisions. Thanks to everyone who took the time to share their thoughts with us.
Tentative Calendar for Float Activities:
April/May/June:
- Float construction begins
- Check out web cam
July/August/September/October:
- Road testing of all floats
December:
- Dry decorations begin
Decoration Week:
- December 26-31st begin putting all the live items on the float
